About Us

Chapman Commercial Real Estate is owned and operated by John W. Chapman. John is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Florida Licensed Attorney who has lived on the Treasure Coast for over 45 years. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, John served as in house counsel to a large Florida-based real estate development company and also owned a law firm where he represented businesses, local governments and individuals in various real estate matters. As a real estate broker and agent, John has represented parties in the purchase and sale of all types of commercial property. John has also been very active in representing Landlords and Tenants lease professional/medical office space, industrial/warehouse office space, retail and other commercial property.
