About Us

At MoldSpec Environmental, we offer mold inspections, mold testing, and air quality assessments. If you have recently had a leak in your home or office and think you may have mold, give MoldSpec Environmental a call to schedule a mold inspection, we would be more than happy to help!

We have an infrared camera, a professional moisture meter, and hygrometer that we use to inspect the entire interior of your home for leaks, signs of water damage, and microbial growth. We provide air quality testing, swab samples, tape-lift samples, in-wall samples, and VOC testing. All of our samples are taken to the lab and analyzed at the lab. You will receive a copy of the lab results, a detailed mold assessment report with all of our findings, with photos, and a mold remediation protocol report - which is basically the exact instructions on how to properly and safely remove that mold.
