With over eight years of experience working for Zerorez® in Kansas City, John Phelps brought his extensive knowledge and passion for the brand to Florida, where he and Sierra launched the franchise in 2023. “We chose to become Zerorez franchisees because it was a natural fit for us,” Sierra explained. “John’s extensive experience with Zerorez, through various roles, made the decision easy. We wanted to build something that we could call ours and grow our family business back in the Sunshine State.”
