(Mar. 3, 2026) – Treasure Coast Hospice announced today that it has earned a 4-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) through the CMS Hospice Care Compare program. The designation is based on the most recent feedback from patients’ families and caregivers who shared their experiences through the nationally standardized Hospice CAHPS® Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Hospice Family Experience Survey. According to the latest Hospice Care Compare data, two of the organization’s licensed hospice programs Treasure Coast Hospice is licensed to operate two hospice programs serving Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties. are among nine in Florida to receive a 4-Star rating, placing Treasure Coast Hospice among the state’s highest-rated providers.

The Hospice CAHPS® survey evaluates caregiver-reported experiences across key areas, including communication, responsiveness, pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, and overall quality of care. The goal of the program is to provide transparent, data-informed insight to help families and healthcare partners make informed care decisions. For families navigating serious illness, the rating serves as a reflection of how consistently care teams support patients and loved ones throughout a hospice journey.
