The Inner Truth Project will host Breakfast & Bowties on Saturday, March 21, 2026, a free community gathering designed to spark honest conversations about men’s mental health, allyship, and positive masculinity. The event will take place from 9:30–11:30 a.m. at the IRSC Treasure Coast Public Safety Training Complex and will bring together fathers, mentors, business leaders, and teenage boys from across the Treasure Coast. Men in the United States account for nearly 80% of suicide deaths, and one in four young men reports frequent loneliness, according to national data. Breakfast & Bowties aims to counter isolation by creating space for connection, dialogue, and community support. “This event isn’t just about awareness,” said Jessica Bright, Executive Director of The Inner Truth Project. “It’s about building a culture where men feel seen, supported, and connected.” The 90-minute program includes a keynote address, a panel discussion on allyship and leadership, community awards, and facilitated table conversations. Breakfast and networking begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the program at 10:00 a.m. Attendance is free, but space is limited to 150 participants. Registration is available at innertruthproject.org.
