U.S. Chamber Unveils America’s Top Small Businesses
Free enterprise helps these extraordinary companies thrive.
CO?100, America's Top 100 Small Businesses
Hardworking entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and innovators who embody the spirit of free enterprise are showcased in the U.S. Chamber’s 2025 CO—100, an exclusive list of America’s top 100 small businesses released this week.
  • These businesses were selected from over 12,500 applicants for their innovation, growth, and commitment to strong workplace cultures.

Details: The 2025 CO—100 honorees are making waves and driving impact from coast to coast. As a group, these companies are:
  • Generating over $400 million in annual revenue.
  • Employing more than 3,000 people, representing 35 states and Washington, D.C.

Why it matters: The U.S. Chamber supports companies of all sizes.
  • Small businesses drive innovation, create jobs, and help local economies thrive.
  • The CO—100 is part of the U.S. Chamber’s ongoing commitment to championing small businesses.

Our take: “Small businesses are the heartbeat of our economy, and their stories are nothing short of extraordinary,” said Jeanette Mulvey, Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Looking ahead: The CO—100 honorees will gather in D.C. at the Small Business Forum in October for a VIP experience, networking with influential leaders, and a chance to win $25,000 as America's Top Small Business.
