Soothing Stress and Anxiety with Sound Healing |
Sound healing utilizes specific sounds and vibrations to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm by influencing the body’s natural rhythms and nervous system. It does this by shifting brainwave frequencies from the active beta state to the more relaxed alpha and delta states, which are associated with feelings of peace and deep rest to support emotional and physical well-being. Please wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement and brief meditation practice.
Featuring Josh Rhyne, an accredited sound healer specializing in crystal singing bowls and biofield tuning with Solfeggio frequencies. His sessions are designed to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and stress relief by working directly with the body’s subtle energy field. No cost - Limited seating
