This educational program is designed to equip community members, professionals, and volunteers with the knowledge and skills needed to identify the signs of child abuse and respond appropriately. The training was initially developed in partnership with the Indian River State College Public Safety Training Complex to educate first responder candidates.
Due to its success and growing community need, GFNF4Kids is now expanding the program to schools, nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, businesses, and other community groups serving the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee.
