Effective communication is the most critical component in healthy relationships. During this four-week 90-minute class we will investigate the elements of mindful communication and learn to bring more awareness to conversations with attentive listening and thoughtful speaking. We will explore learning to stay focused on what really matters in any interaction and strengthen our capacity for resilience and empathy. When we listen more thoughtfully and speak more caringly, we honor ourselves and others. This course is based on the principles of non-violent communication. Weekly home practices included in curriculum.
