Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a lasting impact?

Port Salerno Elementary, a proud part of the Martin County School District, is seeking two exceptional educators to join our team as Success Coaches — one for Kindergarten and one for 1st Grade — as part of our exciting new PROJECT STELLAR initiative!

Through a powerful partnership with the Children’s Services Council of Martin County, Martin Reads, and the Education Foundation of Martin County, we are laser-focused on supporting our youngest readers and setting them on a path to lifelong success.

We’re looking for Success Coaches who are:

Deeply knowledgeable in the Science of Reading

Skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff

Driven by data to inform instruction and maximize student growth

Located just minutes from the water, Port Salerno Elementary is a vibrant, inclusive learning community where students thrive and teachers shine.

What We Offer:
