REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #05-2025
RE-BID NO. 5 TO RE-DEVELOP FORMER GOVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROPERTY
Sealed Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to re-develop the former Gove Elementary School site per Request for Proposals #05-2025 Re-Bid No. 5 To Re-Develop Former Gove Elementary School Property shall be received by the City of Belle Glade, Florida, in the City Clerk’s office located at City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, West, Belle Glade, Florida, 33430 until 3:00 P.M., Eastern Standard time, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18TH, 2025, at which time they shall be announced and recorded. Proposals received after this time shall be returned unopened.
Scope of Work: This solicitation is to generate proposals from qualified developers to develop the former Gove Elementary School property as a multi-family Workforce Housing development.
Ordering Instructions: The complete Request for Proposals including Scope of Work, site specifications, proposal forms and sample contract may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk, at 110 Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, West, Belle Glade, Florida 33430, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or from the City of Belle Glade’s website at: https://www.bellegladegov.com/rfps
