Romantic love has captivated poets, philosophers, and scientists for centuries. Over the last several decades, researchers have begun to unravel the complex biological mechanisms underlying human romantic attachment, drawing surprising insight from an unexpected source. Join us for an engaging and accessible discussion of how this research has transformed our understanding of the neurobiology of love.

Join us for an experiential workshop and explore the foundation of mindfulness, and benefits of practicing mindfulness. Together we will discover how thoughts are creating our reality and learn tools you can use to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine and improve your quality of life.

Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow for gentle movement and brief meditation practices.
