Nominate a Leader for the Florida Tourism Hall of Fame

Nominate a Leader for the Florida Tourism Hall of Fame

VISIT FLORIDA is proud to announce that nominations are now open for the 2026 Florida Tourism Hall of Fame. This prestigious award recognizes leaders—both contemporary and historic—whose vision and dedication have made lasting, industry-wide contributions that positively impact Florida’s economy and residents, helping to shape the state into the world’s premier travel destination.

Qualified nominees must have at least 10 years of service in Florida’s tourism industry and demonstrate a significant impact on the state’s economy and its residents. Please note that self-nominations will not be accepted, and only one submission is permitted per nominee. We encourage coordination to submit a single, comprehensive application, as only the first complete entry received will be considered, and subsequent entries will not be reviewed.

The nomination period is open from April 16 to May 6, 2026. The 2026 inductee will be announced later this year at the Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism, held September 9–11, 2026, in West Palm Beach. For more information, please click the link below.
