FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 14, 2025

Stuart, FL – The Martin County School District (MCSD) will launch its annual Satisfaction and Engagement Surveys on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, providing students, parents/caregivers, and teachers with an opportunity to share their feedback on school and District programs, outreach efforts, and resources.

The surveys will remain open through Friday, May 9, 2025. Responses will help inform districtwide planning and support school improvement efforts for the 2025-2026 academic year.

“As part of our mission to educate all students for success, we are committed to creating a learning environment that reflects the needs and priorities of our school communities,” said Superintendent Michael Maine. “The feedback gathered in this survey will be instrumental in evaluating our progress and refining our strategies to achieve ‘well-organized’ status across all five essential domains.”

MCSD continues its partnership with the University of Chicago’s Consortium on School Research to utilize evidence-based questions that measure five key indicators known to influence student outcomes:

  • Effective Leaders
  • Collaborative Teachers
  • Involved Families
  • Supportive Environments
  • Ambitious Instruction

Studies show that schools strong in at least three of these five indicators are ten times more likely to improve student learning in math and reading.

Who Can Participate:

  • Students in grades 4–12: Students will need their student ID (4300) number and birthdate to access the survey.
  • Parents/Caregivers: A separate survey should be completed for each each child.
  • Teachers:Reminder emails will be sent weekly.

To access the survey, families can visit the District's website.

All responses are confidential and will be used exclusively to guide decision-making at both the school and District levels.
