T.H. and S.E. got a phone call with news that no child should have to receive – their mother, who lived in the U.S. Virgin Islands, had been in a tragic accident and was killed.
The driver was working at the time of the crash for the federal government, which was blaming their mother for the crash. The children, who lived in the United States, wanted two things – answers and justice.
