Stuart, FL - The Martin County School District has been named the recipient of Cognia’s 2024 Circle of Excellence Award, a distinguished state-level honor recognizing the district's exemplary leadership and commitment to educational excellence.
The award celebrates education organizations that demonstrate outstanding leadership in advancing student success, fostering innovation, and promoting equity in education. Cognia, a global network of educators dedicated to continuous improvement, selected the Martin County School District for its exceptional efforts in:
- Empowering the community to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
- Driving meaningful change, growth, and innovation to create opportunities for every student.
- Pursuing excellence in education with equity and integrity.
“This recognition reflects our unwavering dedication to providing students with high-quality educational opportunities,” Superintendent Michael Maine said. “It is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our educators, staff, students, families, and community partners. Together, we are shaping the future of our students and our community.”
The award will be formally presented at the Cognia Impact Conference on January 29, 2025.
