The Property Appraiser’s Office is responsible for annually locating, identifying, and valuing real and tangible personal property for purposes of ad valorem taxation. Our professionals work throughout the year to meet important deadlines established by the Florida Department of Revenue.
Bird's Eye View of Martin County
Our Office collaborates with Eagleview/Pictometry International, an aerial measurement company that takes photographs of more than 600 square miles of Martin County. Aerial photography has been the backbone of increased productivity and accuracy for our Office, as well as sharing aerial map access with other Martin County departments. Aerial photography and measurement capabilities are important and efficient when our Property Data Collectors are unable to access a property or in the event of a natural disaster.  Visit our website and find your property record card to see a “bird's eye” view of your property.
