Ensuring Every Child's Health and Safety

Homeless children are at twice the risk of illness as their peers. They are more likely to suffer from asthma, ear infections, and stomach issues—serious health problems no child should face. Place of Hope is dedicated to providing these children with the safety, health, and care they need to grow and thrive.

November is National Homelessness Month—a time to raise awareness for vulnerable children in need of stable, healthy lives.

Help us provide essential health resources and a safe environment to children who need it most. Visit placeofhope.com/donate or click the button below to be part of the solution. Together, we can end child homelessness.

Focus on Hope

Gary & Vivienne Player Foundation Makes a Generous Contribution to Place of Hope's Mission

Place of Hope was the primary benefactor of a golf tournament this past May hosted at the renowned Bears Club Jupiter put on by the Gary & Vivienne Player Foundation. Golf legend Gary Player and his daughter Amanda-Leigh Player Hall have been committed to supporting Place of Hope through the foundation for many years. Their gifts have contributed toward our “God’s Children. Our Future.” Campaign helping build affordable transitional housing, providing essential material support for families in crisis, reducing food insecurity and more.

This year, the golf legend is calling on junior golfers nationwide to join him in a “kids helping Place of Hope kids” Giving Tuesday challenge! Gary says he wants to inspire future leaders and future golfers to know how it feels to give back. “This challenge is more than just golf—it’s about giving back and building a legacy of support for children in need. By participating, young golfers are not only showcasing their skills but also making a real difference in the lives of those less fortunate.”

Stay tuned for more information on how your junior golfer can support Place of Hope and enter to win an invitation to join Mr. Player at his 90th year celebration at the prestigious Floridian National Golf Club on April 27-28, 2025.
