Lesser Law Firm Secures $1.27 Million Settlement for Client After Life-Changing Accident |
Just as Abby began her new life in Florida, a single devastating moment on a quiet sidewalk changed everything.
As she crossed the street near her home, an elderly driver turned left in front of an approaching vehicle, forcing that driver to swerve into Abby’s path.
Tragically, Abby was thrown 25 feet in the air, rendering her unconscious and causing devastating injuries. The defenses included alleged speeding on the part of the approaching vehicle. |
Fortunately, Managing Partner Gary Lesser and Partner
Joseph Landy were retained within days of the crash and built an irrefutable case that resulted in a $1.27 million settlement. |

I was dealing directly with Gary Lesser and Mickey Smith, two of the partners at the firm. They were in touch with me every step of the way. When I hear from my friends and they ask for recommendations, I say, Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith. They are not only an outstanding firm, they’re outstanding people. |
