As we transition from our longtime home in Palm City, we’re filled with gratitude and anticipation. This new chapter at Project LIFT will allow us to grow, evolve, and serve even more teens and young adults in Martin County.
Project LIFT was founded in Palm City 15 years ago and was home to many incredible milestones. Our time in Palm City solidified a blueprint to future, long-term success, and we look forward to building on that success in Hobe Sound.
This new space was thoughtfully designed to better support our innovative programming and the incredible young men and women that we serve. We’re truly grateful to everyone who helped make this transition possible. Your belief in our mission continues to shape the futures of our participants in more ways than you could imagine. Thank you so much for partnering with us in changing the lives of teens and young adults in our community.
We would love to invite you to an open house on Thursday, October 16 from 3:30PM-5:30PM at 12050 SE Lantana Avenue, Hobe Sound, FL 33455 to give you a tour of what you made possible! Light bites and refreshments will be provided. |

| Project LIFT Fort Pierce hosted a community appreciation lunch in September to celebrate the passionate and dedicated supporters of our mission. We are so grateful to have an incredible community rallying around us as we work to transform the lives of teens and young adults through mental health services, vocational training, and mentorship. |

Lloyd graduated from our very first Fort Pierce class in 2022 and came back to visit Project LIFT recently. During his time with us, he turned his life around, and we couldn’t be prouder of the man he’s becoming.
"Before Project LIFT, I struggled with anger, constant trouble at school, and a difficult home life. The mentors became the role models I never had. Thanks to Project LIFT and the generosity of its supporters, I not only gained career skills but also learned how to manage my emotions and change my life for the better."
Lloyd is now working with Kelly Tractors as a bay washing technician and is thriving in his role. Keep up the great work! Your story is an inspiration to all of us. |

This in-demand skill opens doors for our participants in construction and beyond, where certified forklift operators are essential.

Project LIFT Partners with Flying Wheels
|
|
|
We had a great opportunity to welcome Craig Stowell from Flying Wheels to our Hobe Sound site to work with our auto participants on a 2002 Cadillac Escalade.
They worked on rotating the tires, changing the oil, swapping out mirrors and headlights, and they even gave the car a fresh coat of paint. These young men were very engaged and had a great learning experience!
We’re so grateful for Craig’s time and support, and we can’t wait to share the full project video soon on his Flying Wheels YouTube channel, so stay tuned! |

At Project LIFT in Hobe Sound, mentoring isn’t a huge time commitment, but it has the potential to make a lasting difference in the lives of our teens and young adults. Just 1-2 hours a week can change a young man’s life, and even your own!
