There are often one or more coworkers working nearby an employee immediately before an injury occurs. These coworkers often see unsafe behaviors that lead to injuries even before management does. Typically, they could have said something to stop the unsafe behavior that would have prevented the injury; however, most of the time they don’t. In this course, the attendees will learn how to develop a comprehensive “Peer to Peer” coaching program that includes training employees on how to comfortably give and receive meaningful feedback to address unsafe behaviors BEFORE an injury occurs.
 
Meet the Trainer:
Mark Morgan combines his unique skillset, observations and experiences from a thirty-five-year career spanning three Fortune 200 companies to help leaders focus on how to make a difference in safety.


Mark is the founding Chair of the Florida Chamber Leadership Cabinet on Safety, Health & Sustainability, a public speaker and guest columnist in multiple media outlets writing on safety leadership and the author of the M.A.D.* Safety Book for Leaders (*Make a Difference).
