Megan Kuehhas Promoted to Director of Public Relations for McNicholas & Associates
(Palm Beach Gardens, FL. – October 21, 2025) McNicholas & Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Kuehhas to Director of Public Relations.
“In a short time, Meg has become a critical part of the McNicholas & Associates team,” said Tom McNicholas, President and CEO. “Meg is developing PR plans and strategic initiatives for our clients, while building important relationships throughout our local communities.”
Meg also serves as Executive Program Director with Florida Baseball Club, the club program that utilizes the youth athletic fields restored by the McNicholas Family Foundation in Martin County, Florida. Through this partnership, the two organizations work together to build, restore, and sustain high-quality athletic spaces that support youth development.
Megan’s background is diverse, having worked in the hospitality industry as well as with professional sports teams and non-profit organizations. She spent nearly a decade working at world-class golf course, Friar’s Head in Suffolk County, New York, where she learned to develop client relations skills and a detail-oriented approach to project development and management.
Megan earned a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences, as well as Sport Management, from the University of Florida. During her time at UF, she gained valuable experience working with the Florida Gators Football Team and Athletic Department.

Ansley started her career at McNicholas in 2019 and from the start, she quickly distinguished herself as a creative and strategic communicator. Throughout her career, Ansley has consistently delivered results through strategic campaigns that have strengthened relationships and enhanced brand visibility for clients across Florida.
Ansley earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Florida State University. Her professional experience includes graphic design, social media marketing, strategic campaigns, and community outreach.
