Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various machining processes. This role is crucial in
ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
Operate and monitor machinery, including ammunition loading machines, to produce high-quality parts according to
specifications.
Utilize hand tools and micrometers to measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with engineering
drawings.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during operation.
Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the manufacturing facility.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
Follow alll safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
