Job Title: Assembly Operator I

Reports to: Assembly Supervisor & Lead
 
Job Summary: Full Time Hourly Position
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assemble small arms ammunition primers
Includes careful attention to detail while:
Maintaining equipment tolerances
Orienting primer cups
Orienting and primer anvils
Applying lacquer
Inspect at different stages of the assembly process to maintain quality and consistency.
Keep workstations clean and neat.
Work in conjunction with quality control to ensure primers meet quality standards. 
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills. 

Ability to pay attention to detail of multiple small components.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience desired, but not required 
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
