When an insurance company ignored repeated demands and failed to make any settlement offer after a Lake Worth car accident, Firm Partner Glenn Siegel prepared to take the case to court. His persistence and readiness to litigate ultimately resulted in a $600,000 settlement for his client.
Although the vehicle sustained only minor damage in the shopping center parking lot crash, the client suffered serious and permanent neck injuries that required cervical fusion surgery. As the insurer remained silent, Glenn continued building the case and preparing to file suit.
