Out of 3,500+ applicants, only 56 organizations nationwide were selected this year—and we are proud to be one of just 414 organizations recognized over the past 12 years.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who voted and rallied behind us! This funding allows us to further our work in protecting and restoring vulnerable children, youth, and families and to deepen our impact locally—right here in the communities we serve.

| Good News From Our Cottages! |

One of our Neighborhood Foster Care Cottages ended January with something worth celebrating BIG: a championship basketball win—and for one of our boys, it was his first time ever playing on an organized team!
They lost the first game by a lot… but they persevered. They fought back, won game two by one point, and then played a nail-biting final that came down to the very end! Some of our other cottages showed up strong, cheering him on every step of the way.
As if that win was not enough to celebrate, one of his coaches stepped up to be his mentor on and off the court! For kids in foster care, this means more just basketball—being a part of a team is belonging, confidence, and healing.
We are so thankful for the Palm Beach Gardens Athletic Association for providing scholarships for our youth to making these moments possible!💙

At Place of Hope, we provide safe, affordable transitional housing and life-skills training for youth aging out of foster care, community youth experiencing homelessness, and young single mothers with dependent children through our sister entity, Villages of Hope.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and our Independent Living (IL) program offers the foundation to build a stable, independent future.
Across our Leighan and David Rinker Campus (Boca), Donna’s Place at The Villages (Palm Beach Gardens), Bender Family Campus (Stuart) and our Sam & Connie Frankino KidSanctuary Campus (West Palm Beach), Place of Hope offers a pathway to self-sufficiency through our Villages of Hope program.
Youth accepted into the Villages of Hope program live in secure, affordable housing while participating in essential life-skills development, educational planning, and workforce preparation. Through consistent mentorship, community engagement, and individualized care, participants find the tools and confidence to pursue independent, productive lives.
Whether aging out of foster care or facing crisis without a safety net, our residents are never alone. |

We need your help to make 16 residences into homes!
We are so excited we are just weeks away from the opening of our Smith Brothers Family Foundation Residences and our Snyder Family Residences. Two beautifully constructed residences (with eight 2 bed-2 bath apartments in each) on our Bender Family Campus in Stuart designed to provide safety, stability, and a fresh start for local young adults who have aged out of foster care, are experiencing homelessness, or are single parents striving to rebuild their lives.
These young men and women have faced unbelievable challenges, yet they continue to show strength, resilience, and determination.
Each residence needs to be fully furnished and supplied with essential everyday items. Your generosity helps transform these empty spaces into warm, welcoming homes where young adults can focus on healing, working toward independence, and building a future filled with promise.
By shopping from our wish lists, you are helping a young adult step confidently into adulthood, supporting a single parent creating a safe environment for their child, and providing security and dignity to someone who has never had a place to call their own. |
