Florida Chamber Safety Council Advisory Board To Discuss Moving Florida to #1 in Safety, Health and Sustainability
Mark Morgan, Senior Human Resources Manager of NextEra Energy, oversees the company's employee safety and worker's compensation administration. Championing numerous safety leadership initiatives, Mark also serves as the Chair of the Florida Chamber Safety Council Advisory Board, and will discuss cultivating safety leadership in your company and making safety a core value.
Robert "Navy Bob" Roncska is Advent Health's Corporate Executive Director for High Reliability and Unit Culture, improving the culture of safety and health in the company's 48 hospitals across 9 states. Also serving as the Chair of the Florida Chamber Safety Council Advisory Board's Wellness Warriors Pillar, Robert will highlight promising practices to promote health and wellness programs and tools for your workforce.
John Trevathan serves as GuideWell's Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Corporate Services, where he is responsible for directing the company's programs and procurement actions. As acting Chair of the Florida Chamber Safety Council Advisory Board's Sustainability Stewards, John will address how businesses can unite to move the needle on sustainability and create a more resilient Florida.
