Free participation in our Christmas Event

Hello Stuart/Martin Chamber!   You are invited back to participate in our “Carnival of Lights” by bringing a decorated tree or display representing your business or cause. 
It’s FREE!
This 4-week event will run Friday November 25th thru December 18th.  We will open basically Friday thru Sunday 5:30 to 9:30 for those 4 weekends. Thursdays will be open for Lights only.
There will be millions of lights, featuring a gigantic digital/musical display appearing on the Great Christmas Light Fight TV Show on ABC this December, accompanied by Ferris Wheel, Carousel, and other kids carnival rides, plus Santa’s Workshop with activities like decorating ornaments, writing letters to Santa, pictures with Santa, and other fun holiday games and entertainment. New this year we’ve added 200 nativities on display as well as a Ceramic Christmas Village with more than 50 houses in it.  More details are noted on the attached flyer.

  • The Fair is all about our community so we want to include as much as possible.  We are inviting all of our local non-profit groups to join in the fun.
  • Bring awareness to your group! 
  • No need to have staff here at all. Simply bring your decorated Tree (with lights) (or other Holiday display) to the Fairgrounds before November 15th. (Note: Trees will be on display outdoors, so don’t get too fancy). Doesn’t even have to be a tree, pick any other object, sled, wagon, etc, or create a tree out of lights or wood, or a CAR perhaps.
  • Put signage to promote your group.  Add a QR Code so people can find your website, or put out brochures for people to take.  Afterwards, you may take your tree and decorations home.
  • Participants are responsible for bringing their own lights, securing decorations to the tree, displaying a sign with the business, organization, or theme of display. Participants must also supply their own outdoor extension cord. Please mark the extension cord.  
  • We ask that trees be at least 6 feet. Trees will be filled on a first-come first served basis
  • All trees must be artificial and include a tree skirt and lights. LED Lights are preferred but not mandatory.  
  • All decorations and ornaments must be secure to the tree.
  • Awards will be given to the Top 3 overall winners who participate. 
  • The decorations must be removed before Jan. 6
