Hello Friends,
Thank you for joining me for another weekly update! I have a lot to cover with you this week so let's dive in.
Alternative Water Supply Legislative Appropriation - City of Stuart
On July 11th it was my pleasure to meet with and deliver a $500,000.00 check from the Florida Legislature to the City of Stuart's Commissioners. This is the culmination of HB 2039, a Bill I sponsored, to meet the needs of Phase IV of the project.

Martin County Police Athletic League Community Center
  • This is a valuable asset to our district that teaches valuable leadership skills to the areas youth. They offer many programs from wrestling, drumline, boxing, and impact soccer. Learn more about MCPAL and get involved at
Stuart SE Mango Place Storm Water Improvements
  • To assist the battle in storm water runoff and reduce pollution caused by its effect we worked hand in hand with the Stuart Stormwater Division to request funds to improve storm water runoff infrastructure.
Pilot Program for Digital Forensic Center of Excellence
  • The program supports the implementation of new forensic technology and best practices by end users and isdedicated to elevating the status of forensic science through advancing technology, sharing knowledge, and addressing challenges.
Port St. Lucie A-14 Control Structure Replacement
  • This project is vital as it will provide improvements to existing control structures located within the Watershed A basin of St. Lucie County.
Port St. Lucie Public Works Administrative Complex
  • The Port St. Lucie P.W.C. is in need of additional Emergency Operation Center upgrades to meet the growing demand and response time in emergency situations.
Operation 300: Camp Valor
  • The children of our Fallen Heroes deserve the best and Operation 300 is the organization that steps in and steps up by providing mentorship programs and valuable life skills to these precious children. Make sure you step in and step up by supporting them. Learn more at
Martin County REACH Center
  • The children are our future and this Center is imperative to the lives of our children in the area. The center offers After school/Out of school program for children 5-18 that reside in Martin County. Daily activities include homework assistance, playground time, and specialized programs are brought in house such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, dance, music instruction and computer help.
