FDOT Treasure Coast Traffic Report June 26, 2026 – July 10, 2026 MARTIN, ST. LUCIE and INDIAN RIVER COUNTIES, Fla. – Treasure Coast traffic will be affected this week by ongoing construction projects and maintenance work in Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) officials report. CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS MARTIN COUNTY (Hobe Sound, Palm City, City of Stuart, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Jupiter Island, Port Salerno, Rio, Indiantown, Tequesta, Town of Sewall’s Point) 1. S.R. A1A from NE Shore Village Terrace to S.R. 732/Jensen Beach Causeway (RRR) Project Description: This 2.277-mile project began on March 23, 2026. The project improvements consist of milling and resurfacing of S.R. A1A/NE Ocean Boulevard to extend the service life of the road to provide long term resiliency, installing new drainage structures to improve stormwater management, widening the shoulders to increase width to five-feet at select locations, upgrading the existing lighting at the Jensen Beach Causeway roundabout, upgrading of pedestrian curb ramps to comply with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for improved safety and connectivity, and installation of traffic calming measures and speed feedback signs to enhance safety; and upgrading signage and pavement markings to increase safety, functionality, and traffic operations.
