| Leadership Transition at Helping People Succeed |
| Dear Friends, I am writing to share that I will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of Helping People Succeed at the end of August as I return to Atlanta to serve as CEO of Covenant House Georgia. While this transition is a personal one for me, I want to assure you that Helping People Succeed remains exceptionally strong and well positioned for the future. Thanks to the dedication of our staff, Board of Directors, volunteers, partners, and supporters, our mission continues without interruption, and the important work of serving children, adults, and families across our community will carry on seamlessly. The Board and I are implementing a thoughtful transition plan and will appoint our Chief Program Officer, Christine Storm, to serve as Interim CEO when I depart at the end of August. I look forward to introducing the community to her! Together, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless leadership transition while maintaining the high quality of care and support that define Helping People Succeed. It has been an honor to serve this remarkable organization. I am deeply grateful for your partnership and confidence, and I know that, with your continued support, Helping People Succeed will continue turning challenges into success for years to come. With gratitude, Kara Stimpson Chief Executive Officer Helping People Succeed |
