If there was a Quad-Athlete award for Martin County Realtor, it would go to Liz Elliott. When you work with Liz you are hiring a competitor who will make sure everything is done to secure your deal. Liz grew up loving athletics. When she skied, she learned that it’s a must to know the course and the gates. In real estate you need to know what course your client is on so that you can help them out or else you can wipe out. Tennis taught her strategy. You need to be in the right position to be prepared for where the ball is going. In real estate you have to prepare different strategies for different situations. In horseback riding, it’s all about trust between you and the horse. Relationship and trust are the golden keys to real estate for Liz. And with swimming, commitment is important. You can’t take shortcuts. And in order to be an effective Realtor, you need to be 100% committed.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
Originally from Michigan, Liz learned lots from her parents. Her competitive streak is from her Dad who was both a scratch golfer (Liz plays golf too) and West Point graduate. Liz majored in Organizational Communications at The Ohio State University, which helped with presentations and delivering information throughout her career both in managing financial portfolios and 2 decades of real estate.

HOME
With her financial planning background and knowledge that most people’s largest investment is their home, real estate was a natural fit for her. Even as a child, she loved looking at houses. Now as a Realtor, she listens to the needs of the customer and strives to understand all sides of the negotiation, working to provide a WIN WIN for all. Even though Liz has called Martin County her home for over 12 years, she has called Florida her home for over 40, raised all 3 children here, and her daughter is a second generation Realtor.

Liz is a cheerleader for Martin County and the Treasure Coast. "Martin County is a slice of Old Florida without the overcrowding. We have sophisticated residents, businesses, educational facilities, medical centers plus exciting recreational activities, arts, entertainment…you name it!" Liz knows that real estate is not just about the home but also about the people she puts in those homes. "I love to work with my clients and enjoy relationships long after transactions have concluded.” Liz's investment in Martin County extends into philanthropic activities. She was appointed to the Advisory Board for the Hibiscus Children's Center and is an Active Member of the Junior League of Martin County.
