Full-Time | $30-45 per hour.
TCI is seeking a Utility Foreman to lead underground utility and HDD crews. This is a leadership role for someone who understands production, safety, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily job briefings and assign crew tasks
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections
- Ensure trench safety and OSHA compliance
- Track production and communicate with management
- Maintain high jobsite standards and crew accountability
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years underground utility experience
- Prior crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
