WEEK 1 ONBOARDING CHECKLIST
📅 Week 1: The "Launch & Lead" Phase
Phase 1: Immersion & Access (Hours 1–4)
  • Brand Deep Dive: Review the last 6 months of the business’s work. Identify the "Ideal Customer Profile" (e.g., homeowners in Tradition, small biz owners in Stuart).
  • Digital Keys: Hand over login credentials for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the chosen CRM (HubSpot/Trello).
  • Goal Alignment: Confirm the definition of a "Booked Job." Does it mean a signed contract, a deposit paid, or a scheduled consultation?
Phase 2: Audit & Cleanup (Hours 5–8)
  • Local Audit: Check Google Business Profile and Facebook page for accuracy (hours, phone number, location).
  • The "Local List": Identify the top 10 Treasure Coast Facebook Groups (e.g., "Moms of Martin County," "Port St. Lucie Business Networking") where the target audience hangs out.
  • Software Setup: Connect the marketing calendar (Enji/CoSchedule) to the Owner's personal calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Phase 3: Content & Outreach (Hours 9–16)
  • The "Introduction" Post: Create a high-quality Reel or post introducing themselves as the new Business Development lead. This humanizes the brand.
  • Past Lead Re-engagement: Look through old DMs or emails from the last 90 days. Send a "Checking In" message to anyone who didn't book.
    • Goal: This is the easiest way to get their first $100 bonus in Week 1.
  • Engagement Hour: Spend 1 hour daily liking and commenting on the posts of other local Treasure Coast businesses to increase brand visibility.
Phase 4: The Weekend "Heat Map" (Hours 17–20)
  • Event Scouting: Research every local event, ribbon cutting, and chamber mixer happening on the Treasure Coast for the next 30 days.
  • Owner’s Agenda: Present the owner with a "Marketing Action Plan" for Week 2—specifying exactly where they need to be and what content the assistant needs the owner to film.
  • Friday Sync: Review the pipeline. How many conversations were started? How many are close to that $1,000 booking mark?

🛠 Deliverables by Friday Afternoon
By the end of the first 20 hours, the assistant should provide the owner with:
  1. A 30-Day Content Calendar: A visual grid of what will be posted and when.
  2. The "Active Lead" Sheet: A list of at least 5-10 people currently interested or in follow-up.
  3. The Owner’s Schedule: A locked-in calendar of networking events and project milestones for the upcoming week.
