All Florida Security Services – Port St. Lucie, FL

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (30-Minute Lunch)

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience (Please include your desired pay when applying.)

You'll help keep communication flowing, operations organized, customers happy, and our team moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO...

As our Customer Relations & Front Office Coordinator, you'll become the first impression of our company while helping keep daily operations running efficiently.

Customer Relations

• Welcome clients, students, applicants, and visitors

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional office environment

Student Services

• Register students for training classes

• Maintain class schedules and rosters

• Prepare class materials

• Coordinate confirmations, reminders, and transfers

• Assist students with questions throughout the registration process

Lead & Client Communications

• Respond to website inquiries and phone leads

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Track communications and customer interactions

• Support sales and customer relationship efforts

Administrative Operations

• Filing, scanning, printing, and document organization

• Prepare reports and spreadsheets

• Maintain office and training inventory

• Coordinate supplies and materials

• Support executive administrative projects

• Help maintain organized workflows and accountability

Customer Experience

• Professionally resolve customer concerns

• Encourage customer reviews and testimonials

• Help maintain our award-winning reputation

Technology You'll Use

We believe technology should make work easier, not harder.

You'll receive training on our systems, including:

• Microsoft Office

• Google Workspace

• CRM software

• Digital scheduling systems

• Task management software

• AI-powered productivity tools

No advanced experience is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience

• Administrative or office experience

• Front office or reception experience

• Scheduling or coordination experience

• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Strong communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable attendance

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Comfortable learning CRM software, task management systems, and AI tools

 

BONUS EXPERIENCE

Helpful but not required:

• Retail

• Sales support

• Marketing

• Social media

• Inventory management

• Training coordination

• CRM software

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active office position.

You should be comfortable:

• Walking throughout the office

• Greeting customers throughout the day

• Standing for extended periods as needed

• Occasionally lifting office or training materials (up to approximately 25 pounds)

• Moving between multiple work areas during the day
