WRPB Studios is now accepting applications for part time / full time customer service specialists. Our studio is growing and we are looking for the perfect individual to help us welcome guests into our studio to record interviews and programming as well as Podcasts.
Your role at WRPB is pivotal. You are the heart of our business and you are the person who gives local service providers the opportunity to SHINE. Your position reaches out to local business professionals who offer a form of service to the community and schedule them to come into our studio for a complimentary interview to talk about them.
Candidates should have a voice with a smile. You are NOT a salesperson, you are a business advocate. You are giving an opportunity. Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
- Calling Treasure Coast businesses to invite them to WRPB Studios for a complimentary interview
- Entering potential business contacts into our database with their complete contact information.
- Scheduling interviews based on availability of studio space and personnel
- Email communications educating clients of scheduled appointments
- Developing a list of clients based on services provided
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly quota standards as set by company management
- Provide a winning guest experience to each client that comes into our studio and making them the most important person we possibly can.
- Ensuring that all forms are properly completed as required for studio visits and recording
- Present yourself in a positive, friendly and professional manner both in and out of the office
- Promote a professional sense while interacting with the public, both in person and on social media platforms, both business and personal
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
