Job Overview
- As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
- You will also be responsible for managing the front desk, creating and invoicing in-shop service tickets, and handling the mail and deliveries.
- You will work closely with other staff members and report to the operations manager.
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as appropriate.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Handle the mail and deliveries, sort and distribute them to the relevant departments.
- Creating and invoicing in-shop service tickets.
- Provide general administrative support to other staff members, such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
- Follow the company policies and procedures and adhere to the health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role a plus but will train.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a sometimes fast paced and dynamic environment, and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
