End User Computing Spec I - Jupiter, FL

Duties and Responsibilities: • Assists with the installation and implementation of desktop and mobile computing devices, printers and other peripheral devices, and wireless computing and communications devices. • Assist users with initial sign-on and access to software and files as designated by their supervisors. Provides Audio-Visual Support such as Zoom Room setup and function, and conference room preparation(s) for presentations. • Provides Tier 2 support to users for basic software and hardware of end-user computing needs. • Escalates to Tier 3 support when necessary. • Accept and log support calls, provide Tier 2 support and resolution and refer to Tier 3 support when higher technical skills are required to resolve the issue. Assist with the installation and implementation of desktop and mobile computing devices, printers and other peripheral devices, and wireless computing and communications devices. • Assists with new system installations, image and deploy workstations. Workstations repair, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Support Mac and Windows operating systems. • Audio-Visual Support such as Zoom room setup and function, and conference room preparation for presentations. • Assist in the implementation of IT related initiatives (OS deployments and divisional relocations, etc.) • Provides Tier 2 support to users for basic software and hardware of end-user computing needs. Escalates to Tier 3 support when necessary. • Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager. EXPECTED SALARY: Commensurate depending on experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate degree; or a high school diploma and two (2) years of appropriate experience. • Technical Certifications such as MCSE, ACMT, A+, CompTIA, or AVIXA is a plus. • Audio-Visual experience is a plus.
