Part-Time Day & Evening Commercial Janitorial Services Team Member
Job Summary:
Our team is looking for a dependable part-time Commercial Janitorial Services Cleaner with attention to detail. You will provide janitorial services to various commercial properties. Transportation can be provided from property to property. *$200 bonus after 90 days of employment!
Commercial Janitorial Services Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed checklists for each commercial property.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies when needed.
- Vacuum, dry and wet mop floors.
- Gather, empty trash bins. When applicable replace trash can liners.
- Clean windows, glass tables, mirrored and stainless-steel surfaces.
- Dust shelves, furniture, fixtures, walls, blinds and other surfaces as needed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory on janitorial cart.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards.
Commercial Janitorial Services Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience strongly preferred.
- Detailed orientated, reliable, attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings and during the day.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Expected hours range: 10 – 15 per week.
- Pay: Job based paid at $20.00 per hour. Paid weekly.
