Position Summary
House of C. Elle is seeking a polished, design-minded Showroom Specialist to deliver an elevated client experience while supporting showroom sales, C. Elle Home, C. Elle Design Studio, and our collaboration with Common Grounds Construction.
The ideal candidate is warm, organized, professional, and passionate about interiors, furnishings, and helping clients create beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes.
Responsibilities
· Welcome and assist showroom clients, designers, and trade professionals.
· Guide clients through furniture, lighting, rugs, art, accessories, textiles, tabletop, and home furnishings.
· Learn product details, customization options, finishes, pricing, and lead times.
· Create thoughtful product pairings and help clients visualize complete spaces.
· Maintain polished, beautifully styled showroom vignettes.
· Support showroom sales, special orders, client follow-up, and online order inquiries.
· Assist with inventory, product tagging, pricing, samples, catalogs, and showroom organization.
· Identify opportunities for C. Elle Design Studio consultations, full-service design, remodeling, and new construction.
· Support client referrals and coordination with Common Grounds Construction for renovation, cabinetry, tile, painting, installation, and construction-related needs.
· Assist with scheduling design and project consultations.
· Support trade clients, bridal registry, wish lists, gifting, showroom events, and private appointments.
· Maintain accurate client notes and communicate closely with design, logistics, customer service, and construction teams.
· Provide exceptional service without a high-pressure sales approach.
Qualifications
· Experience in luxury retail, furniture, interior design, home furnishings, hospitality, real estate, or a client-focused environment preferred.
· Strong interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, and home renovation.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Professional, polished, warm, and approachable.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Comfortable working with clients, designers, contractors, and trade professionals.
· Able to manage multiple client needs and follow through consistently.
· Comfortable using email, computers, online ordering systems, and client management tools.
· Availability for showroom hours and occasional events.
