Customer Service / Shipping Rep

Our shipping and customer service representative will be responsible for processing daily orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL software. As well as responding to customer needs via phone and email, order flow processing and review, data input and accuracy of information in multiple software systems. Manufacturing Related Experience Required.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Process packed orders for shipping, track and respond to customer requests regarding shipping claims
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently, customer data maintenance
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a customer service/ shipping role, in a manufacturing related industry.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate computerized systems with ease, MS office proficiency is required
- Experience with WorldShip, Sage and Shopify platforms is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
