Title: Payroll Clerk / Bookkeeper
Department: Accounting
Reports to: TMS Manager
As a Payroll Clerk/Bookkeeper at ITI Holdings, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll
and bookkeeping functions. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and
supporting various accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

5. Prior experience as a Payroll Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar role
6. Strong understanding of payroll and bookkeeping procedures
7. Knowledge of Payroll and payroll related services
a. Including payroll taxes in both Florida and multiple other states
8. Excellent numerical and analytical skills
9. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
10. Willingness to Learn
11. Technology knowledge -– QuickBooks, MS Office(especially Excel), Google apps (sheets, docs, Gmail),
Slack, Trello
Responsibilities
 Payroll Processing:
o Administer bi-weekly payroll:
 Including uploading time reports from the timekeeping software to the payroll
processing service
 Including W2 and 1099 employees
 Once/month include commissions in the payroll process for some employees
o Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
o Manage employee records related to payroll, including tax forms and benefits deductions
 Work with HR to be sure employee information is up to date
o Address payroll related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
o Work with the payroll service provider to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local taxes
in Florida and other states where we have employees.
 Bookkeeping will include but is not limited to:
o Invoicing and receipt of payments
o Receive, and, when necessary, investigate customer accounts receivables
o Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and
banking contacts.
o Prepare appropriate reports as requested.
o Deposit accounts receivable.
o Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
o Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
o Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
o Make sure that projects, tasks, and objectives meet or exceed requirements and timelines.
o Sets examples in areas of personal character and work habits.
o Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
