International Training now hiring Multi Media Artist

International Training (SDI, TDI, ERDI, PFI, and First Response Training International) is expanding its Creative team and looking for people who are passionate about Design and being a part of a talented team.
As a Multimedia Artist working within International Training's Creative team, you will collaborate with multiple departments at our World Headquarters in Stuart, Florida, as well as team members across the globe. In this role, you’ll support both the Creative and Marketing teams while also working closely with our sales staff and headquarters-based colleagues. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to thrive in this environment. Please note that this is a full-time, in-house position at our World Headquarters in Stuart, Florida. RESPONSIBILITIES It is the task of the Creative Department to create and communicate our company’s message through new and existing products, training materials, marketing and sales support materials. You will be directly supporting our Marketing and Business Development departments. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Work with the technology team in addition to business development and marketing teams to brainstorm and produce products.  Design layout of print and digital forms in conjunction with other International Training departments.  Generate original illustrations, charts, drawings, and clip art.  Design and develop landing pages to support events and promotional campaigns  Assist in building and formatting eLearning content with HTML  Prepare artwork for printing. Work with printers and other service providers to deliver products that meet their prepress expectations.  Organize and properly store digital files  Assisting with photography or videography shoots  Assisting with the audio / visual needs of live recordings and planned shoots  Help develop and implement annual and periodic strategic initiatives related to products and services.  Design layout of company image products. Develop the look of letterhead, business cards, labels, envelopes, and other images to reflect the current company image and branding.  Design graphics, logos and other artwork for T-shirts, hats, posters, brochures, business cards, etc.  Capture, edit and organize original photos for use in International Training print and digital materials.  Assist with designs of logos and trademarks.  Prepare web graphics, pages, and other elements. 2  Creating a variety of web or print graphics for educational or advertising purposes.  Creating a variety of video-based media for educational or advertising purposes  Uphold Brand Identity Guidelines WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  A passion for diving and the underwater world.  Water/nature lover is a must - diver is a plus but not required.  Adobe suite expertise is highly beneficial – Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign  Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain new processes.  Strong logical thinking skills with the ability to understand and apply workflows and process automation.  Understanding of educational pedagogy and teaching methods is a plus.  Experience in curriculum development is a plus.  Familiarity with basic design concepts and terminology.  Basic HTML is a plus.  Moodle or similar LMS is a plus.  Video and Audio/Video experience is a plus.  Knowledge of the following programs are helpful but not required: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, MS Office, Trello, Wrike, Google Drive, WordPress, Canto, Moodle, HubSpot BENEFITS INCLUDE ● Health Insurance (US-Based Only) ● 401K program (US-Based Only) ● PTO and holiday vacaƟons ● Ability to develop contacts in every facet of the scuba industry ● Working for a creaƟve team that values your opinion ● ConƟnuing educaƟon benefits NEXT STEPS Sound right up your alley.
