Hairspray, the Musical, is a joyous and inspiring tale of a young girl who fights for change in a society resistant to it. Through its infectious music, relatable characters, and powerful themes, the musical continues to inspire audiences to embrace their differences, challenge social norms, and stand up for what's right. It's legacy as a source of entertainment and social commentary endures, making it a must-see for fans of musical theater. Hairspray features an upbeat, 1960s-inspired soundtrack, filled with catchy songs that have become iconic, including Good Morning Baltimore, You Can't Stop the Beat, and I Know Where I've Been. This production features an outstanding cast that will sing and dance like no other. And, for the first time, you will experience the Barn's new, gigantic LED video screen wall that will envelop you in all the action.
