Attend Our 'Virtual' New Volunteer Open House on Monday, November 9th, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Volunteers carry out 90% of the humanitarian work of the Red Cross. Whether helping one displaced family after a home fire or thousands after a large-scale disaster, providing care and comfort to an ill or injured service member or veteran, or teaching others how to prepare for, prevent or respond to emergencies. It’s through the efforts of ordinary 'everyday heroes’ that we can do extraordinary things. Our vital work is only possible because of people like you!
