A.C.T. Studio Theatre presents “Deathtrap,” by Ira Levin

 
Nominated for four Tony Awards including Best Play, Ira Levin's "Deathtrap" holds the record for the longest-running comedy-thriller on Broadway.  A.C.T. Studio Theatre is pleased to present a  ". . . rare offering that has found success both in film and on stage," said the show's director Richie Lester.  "Ingeniously constructed, the plot always manages to stay just a step or two ahead of the audience, and blends gasp-inducing thrills with spontaneous laughter."

Known as one of the biggest hits on Broadway, "Deathtrap" will appear on stage at A.C.T. Studio Theatre May 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20.  Friday and Saturday evening performances are at 8 p.m.; Sunday matinees are at 3 p.m.  The play stars Dennis O'Donovan, J. Paul Heiner, Clelia Patrizio, Colette Schweizer and Robert Pollock.
