Refunds for Special Event or Luncheon Cancellations will be granted if notice is provided, in writing, 1 week in advance. For No Shows or Cancellations less than a week prior to the event date, no credits or refunds shall be provided. The client should send a guest in place of that reservation. Replacement guest names should be provided to Event Coordinator prior to event.
