Wednesday, January 22 7:30 AM Breakfast at the Aloft Hotel conference room
9:00-2:00 Meetings in Conference Room 216 The Capitol Building
1:00-5:00PM Meetings on your own
5:45-PM Reception at the Governor’s Club

Thursday, January 23 8:00 AM Closing Breakfast at Aloft Hotel conference room

Conference Fee: $200 per participant. Includes all conference materials, Tuesday and Wednesday Receptions, Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts.

Accommodations: Aloft Hotel, 200 N. Monroe Street in Tallahassee, within walking distance to the State Capitol. Make your own reservations by calling 850-513-0313. Rates: Double/Single $269 + Taxes. This rate is only available during the conference dates.

Reservations need to be made prior to December 22, 2019. Ask for “Indian River County Chamber of Commerce Room Block”. You must have conference reservations in order to maintain any hotel reservations in the room block or on line:
