DESCRIPTION:After 15 years of impact\, growth\, and transformation\, Project LIFT has proudly opened its new Hobe Sound site\, the first facility purpose-built for our unique model of therapy\, vocational training\, and mentoring. Designed with young people in mind and built in part by our students\, this space serves teens and young adults from all over Martin County with a special focus on the South County\, Banner Lake\, and Indiantown communities. The Hobe Sound site creates room for increased capacity and deeper community connections\, providing a setting where more youth can access the healing\, skills\, and support they need to thrive. Please join us for an Open House on Thursday\, October 16 from 3:30PM-5:30PM for a tour of what you made possible! Light bites and refreshments will be provided.
