There will be thirty-three artists hosting their work in twenty-three studio locations during the weekend event\, which runs from 10 am to 5 pm all three days. The art studio tour features local artists working in a wide range of mediums: painting\, drawing\, sculpture\, glass\, ceramics\, jewelry\, mixed media and textiles. Artist studios are located in the Jensen Beach\, Stuart\, Port Salerno\, Palm City and Hobe Sound areas. Tour participants will be able to see actual working studios\, where original artwork is produced and interact with the artists. Original artwork will be available for purchase. The first studio tour in 2017 was well attended and highly successful for all involved. The tour has become a tradition every January in Martin County. The event is free to the public and information booklets will be available before the event at numerous locations as well as at each studio on the tour. A free downloadable app is also available with artists and location information. The tour provides a wonderful opportunity for the community to experience the process of making art.
